Responsibilities
* Manage projects regarding commercialization and scale‑up for our customers in the field of parenteral devices, secondary packaging, and combination products
* Lead projects and serve as operational representative within international project teams, interacting with intercompany disciplines (device development, equipment engineering, operations, quality engineering, and external vendors)
* Collaborate with operations teams (production, packaging, logistics) to gather process requirements and translate them into technical specifications for external equipment vendors; prepare the credit application
* Implement process automation and packaging lines while ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements, including risk and change management, process qualification, and validation
* Resolve problems and balance state‑of‑the‑art technology with business needs and compliance
* Advise and consult customers and suppliers
Skills and Experience
* Education in engineering or natural science, at least Bachelor of Science (BSc)
* At least 5 years’ experience in project management with a focus on CAPEX, implementation of automation and packaging lines in MedTech or pharma industry
* Prior knowledge and experience in operational excellence, qualification, and validation
* Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
* Independent, self‑organized, and hands‑on attitude
* Systematic and analytical thinking with strong problem‑solving capability
* Team player who works efficiently and flexibly in interdisciplinary teams
* Decision maker, taking the lead where appropriate and necessary
* Very good communication skills and ability to gain trust with various stakeholders (from shopfloor to senior management)
* Fluent in English; German is a nice to have
