Join our vibrant team in Grenchen as a Shipping & Invoicing Operator and be part of something extraordinary! You will support the smooth execution of our international shipments and ensure timely and accurate invoicing globally.
We are a team of 6 creative inidviduals and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our Squad!
Your contribution:
* You will create and implement shipments in the SAP system
* You will organize and group deliveries of watches and merchandising materials in line with instructions and Incoterms
* You will prepare and issue export documentation including commercial invoices, E-DEC, CITES, EUR.1, and other necessary papers for international shipments
* You will create and manage export documents in the E-Trans system
* You will handle and monitor all transport orders via freight forwarder platforms
* You will ensure timely follow-up of shipments and delivery deadlines
* You will manage inbound transportation from suppliers to Switzerland and international subsidiaries (Import/Xtrade)
* You will monitor merchandise imports and verify all accompanying documents such as invoices, certificates of origin, A Forms, and E-DEC Imports
* You will prepare preferential and non-preferential certificates of origin in line with customs requirements
* You will issue temporary ATA carnets for goods traveling under temporary export conditions

You will fit well to our squad if:
* You have proven experience in international shipping, export documentation, and logistics coordination
* You have solid working knowledge of SAP, E-Trans, and freight forwarding platforms
* You are familiar with customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade compliance
* You have strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* You have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* You have good communication skills in English and French preferably other language (e.g., German)
* You are able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
