Qualifications/Certification
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or equivalent, and demonstrated construction project manager competencies.
* Ten (10) years experience in construction/construction management, and experienced plant and facilities maintenance leadership capabilities.
* Preferred 5 years of experience in maintenance of school facilities and supervisory experience.
