KNF Neuberger AG is the sales center for the Swiss market of the successful, international and family-run KNF Group. The KNF Group is a engineering company with locations worldwide, specialized in development, design, production and distribution of diaphragm pumps for pumping gases and liquids. There are employees working at the location in Balterswil.
Your main tasks:
1. Entire order processing from order entry to invoicing
2. Preparation and registration of customs documents
3. Maintenance of quantity contracts, consignment stock and pre-planning
4. Maintenance of customer master data
5. Receiving orders and coordinating customer inquiries with the sales representatives
6. Support in the processing of purchasing, production and repairs
Your profile:
7. Commercial apprenticeship
8. Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
9. SAP and Office experience is a great advantage
10. Professional experience in sales processing is an advantage
11. Thorough, precise and reliable way of working
12. Good communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
13. Good team player
