Site Manager - Waterproofing sector 100% (M/F)
Waterproofing Site Manager (M/F) - Renens | 100% | PHIDA
LEAD
Ensure the completion of sites in compliance with best practices, deadlines, and safety standards
Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the sites
Represent the company during site meetings
MANAGE
Supervise and support operational teams
Define objectives and ensure deadlines are met
Ensure the quality of service execution
Promote team spirit
DEVELOP
Develop and maintain quality professional relationships with clients, partners, and various stakeholders
Be attentive to client needs, advise and support them
Ensure proactive communication with all parties
Participate in the preparation and costing of additional offers
Training as a site manager, engineer (HES/EPFL) or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in site management
Knowledge of bituminous and synthetic waterproofing
Ability to manage several sites of different sizes simultaneously
Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in office tools and site management/planning software
