Responsibilities
* Lead and organize the pâtisserie at the highest level – from à la carte and banquets to afternoon tea and innovative dessert creations
* Develop and implement creative, seasonal dessert concepts while incorporating current trends and maintaining top-quality standards
* Manage, motivate, and train a dedicated team of pâtissiers
* Work closely with the kitchen and F&B management to continuously enhance our culinary offerings
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality regulations according to HACCP standards
* Start immediately or by agreement
Qualifications
* Completed training as a pâtissier
* Several years of experience as a Chef Pâtissier or Sous Chef Pâtissier in luxury 5-star hospitality
* Creativity, innovative spirit, and a strong sense for taste, textures, and presentation
* Leadership skills with high social competence and an eye for talent development
* Structured, independent working style with a strong commitment to quality
* Languages: Italian or English; German is a plus
