* Design and maintain the security aspect of the GCP environment. Experience with PCI-DSS certification is a plus
* Build and support CI pipelines in GitLab
* Automate the setup of new systems
* Support applications modernization and migrations from on-prem to GCP
* Develop and maintain IAC setup (Terraform)
* Set up monitoring, take part in incident handling, and on-call rotation
* Manage IAM roles/user access
* Maintain legacy on-prem system periodically (mainly bash and python scripts/GitLab CI)
Skills we can’t do without:
* Expert in state-of-the-art SRE/DevOps topics and experience in a similar role
* Profound knowledge of GCP. Good understanding of its core services and security practices. Knowledge of GCP data-related services is a big plus
* 5 years of experience with cloud, with the last 3 years working with GCP and a good understanding of cloud-based architecture
* Experience with Terraform and introducing CI (we are using GitLab)
* Practitioner in setting up monitoring and understanding of monitoring metrics
* Experience with managing Linux-based systems
* Experience with Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
* Knowledge of Java and card-based transaction systems is a plus
* Certifications (CKA, GCP Professional Architect/Security, CCNA) are a plus
* Fluent English skills are a must; German, Italian, Spanish, or French is a plus
