We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (full-time starting in March/April 2026) to lead and implement our global e-commerce growth. This is a highly hands‑on position that combines strategic responsibility and day-to-day implementation in the areas of paid media, Shopify performance, UI/UX optimization, and international expansion—always in line with the distinctive aesthetic of INA KESS.
What You’ll Do
* Own and scale paid media across Google, Meta, Pinterest, and emerging channels
* Manage paid media budgets with full responsibility for performance and ROI
* Work hands‑on in Shopify, driving CRO and e‑commerce performance
* Lead UI/UX optimization with a strong sense for luxury usability and design
* Drive international market growth through localization and prioritization
* Translate data into clear decisions and continuous improvement
What You Bring
* 3+ years experience in digital marketing for e‑commerce or premium brands
* Strong hands‑on expertise with Shopify and performance marketing
* Deep understanding of UI/UX, CRO, and customer journeys
* A refined esthetic sensibility and strong resonance with the INA KESS brand
* Experience managing significant paid media budgets internationally
* Strategic mindset paired with a strong execution bias
