Your Impact
1. Audit Expertise: You will lead audits for clientsacross agribusiness, manufacturing, automotive, and utility sectors.
2. Integrated Audits: You are responsible for integrated audits of companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and file with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
3. Statutory Audits: You are responsible for statutory audits of companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with Swiss law.
4. Private Company Audits:You are responsible for audits of private companies that prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
5. Non-Financial Reporting: You are responsible for managing audits of non-financial reports (e.g., ESG audits).
6. eliver Results: You are responsible for the preparation of the audit file for Partner review and assisting in the presentation of the audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.
7. Client Relationships: You develop new and extend existing relationships with our clients and actively support the client in technical accounting matters.
8. Own Your Development: You are in the driver's seat of your own responsibility, flexibility, and development.
Your Skill Set
9. Experience: You have6-8 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company.
10. Technical Expertise: You are technically strong with an excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
11. Certification: You hold a US CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
12. Audit Management: You have experience in managing large, multi-location audits and are highly effective in your day-to-day management of clients and network PwC firms within the region.
13. Relationship Building: You have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
14. Team Player: You are a team player with the ability to report upwards to Partners.
15. Communication Skills:You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills - French is a plus.
