Overview 2026 Graduate Talent Program – IB Global Markets Structured Sales – ZH. UBS invites ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program in Zurich Opfikon, Switzerland.
We’re looking for curious individuals who want to learn about global market trends and work in financial services at a firm with a truly global footprint.
Responsibilities Structure and price Structured Products / OTC transactions on Equities, Commodities, Rates, Credit, FX and Volatility
Work closely with traders and other sales colleagues to share risk metrics and best practices
Provide sales advice on Markets and Structured Products while respecting applicable regulations
Create tailor-made investments and financing solutions using derivatives
Administer new issues, subscriptions/bookings and drive process improvements
Your Team You’ll be working in UBS’s Global Markets business, advising clients and executing buy/sell transactions from start to finish. We collaborate with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services. You’ll be in the Structured Sales team in Zurich Opfikon, offering investment solutions to intermediary and institutional clients across Switzerland and Europe. Scope includes structured notes, swaps, and options on global equities (stocks and indices), commodities, FX, rates and credit.
Expertise / Qualifications Has completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree no more than 18 months prior to the program start date
Has financial or capital markets know-how gained from experience (or relevant internships) in the banking sector
Has a keen interest in financial markets and aptitude for numbers, models and products
Has sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English (written and oral); fluency in German or French is preferred
