What You Will Be Doing
- Support procurement operations by managing purchase orders, contracts, documentation, and ERP (Odoo) processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Coordinate the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, vendor database management, and procurement analytics
- Maintain strong supplier relationships, oversee contract execution, track deliveries, and support inspections, quality checks, and goods receipt
- Assist with supply chain and logistics tasks such as spare parts management, shipping coordination, inventory control, and tax-related topics
- Provide project support through reporting, procurement controlling, data harmonization across systems, and preparation of meeting protocols and standards
What You Bring To The Job
- You bring hands-on experience in both procurement and project management
- You possess a solid foundational understanding of compliance, contract law, and procurement regulations
- You are proficient in using procurement software as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
- You think analytically, adapt quickly to change, and pay close attention to detail
- You are proactive, enjoy collaborating with others, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- English: C1 – Advanced
