We re looking for an IT Systems X Intern, for a six-month internship, in the World Headquarters in Mies/Vaud Switzerland, reporting directly to the IT Senior Manager in charge of FIBA Systems.
Context: FIBA IT is responsible for different Systems X of internal and external users and third-party systems.

Develop solid professional through a high quality experience in a renowned global environment, supported by senior IT and business professionals eager to help you Responsibilities Collect and analyse business requirements through discussions and workshops with key functional / user stories and ensure proper requirements with developers to clarify needs, follow progress, and ensure alignment with and execute test cases & delivered solutions meet business needs.
Document system X produce user guides, procedures, and other IS first level support (access management, ticket follow up, basic troubleshooting).
Assist in the maintenance of Systems, ensuring smooth daily project activities, including reporting, planning (, sprint/release), and stakeholder and skills required Eagerness to learn about Systems, IT processes, and Business Analysis.
Bachelor s degree in Systems X relevant technical understanding of with willingness to deepen knowledge.
Analytical mindset with the ability to ask relevant questions and structure clearly.
Excellent skills in French and English (spoken and written) to enable effective interactions with users and technical teams.
