This position is part of the firm's Sustainability Team, which implements the overarching sustainability strategy, ensuring adherence to global sustainability regulations, monitoring our investment portfolio, and representing sustainability considerations to our global client base.We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in integrating sustainability considerations for a global client base from a fundraising and marketing perspective. The role requires strong project management, a pragmatic approach to business improvement/optimization, and a passion for advancing sustainability in private markets.ResponsibilitiesSupport global fundraising efforts with presentations, pitches, and deep dives covering our sustainability strategyAct as a liaison for Partners Group's global clients and regional fundraising teams to ensure client sustainability priorities are integrated into our strategy, while monitoring global sustainability trends and translating insights into actionable recommendationsTrain client-facing teams to effectively communicate sustainability value propositionsLead Partners Group's sustainability marketing efforts and deliverables, representing our sustainability strategy, business goals, and regulatory complianceManage a service catalogue catering to our global client base by overseeing editorial, marketing, and reporting solutionsHandle client requests, RFPs, and bespoke sustainability reports efficiently, ensuring process improvementsCollaborate with various business units to operationalize sustainability considerations, ensure compliance, and foster operational efficienciesDrive strategic projects supporting fundraising, business development, and sustainability strategy, including presenting to the executive leadership and cross-functional committeesWhat we expectWe seek a candidate passionate about responsible business strategies and navigating complex sustainability regulations, with a proven ability to assess and streamline global sustainability initiatives.Top academic credentials (Master/MBA preferred)At least 3-5+ years of sustainability experience in implementing sustainability strategies in mid-sized businesses from investment, corporate, or consulting backgroundsA strong understanding of sustainable investments, private markets, portfolio management, and institutional investment trendsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with solid project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a good understanding of the financial/private markets industryAbility to work within a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across global officesSelf-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management skills, capable of handling demanding timelines and prioritiesMotivated, responsible, with a track record of high workload management and delivering quality resultsStrong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior executives globallyWhat we offerPartners Group offers a dynamic, international working environment, growth opportunities, mentorship, and various employee benefits, including sabbaticals, education assistance, and team events.
