Tasks and Responsibilites:
* Provide support for business applications, office tools, and workstation hardware/software to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Coordinate with the Global IT Service Desk and external service providers to resolve technical issues and service requests.
* Monitor and follow up on incidents, service requests, and change management activities to ensure timely resolution.
* Handle the deployment, setup, and configuration of fixed and mobile hardware, including laptops, desktops, and related devices.
* Manage user access rights and permissions in collaboration with the Global IT team.
* Monitor backup processes and data integrity to ensure data security and reliability.
* Support local digital initiatives, including the implementation of production tools and new hardware/software, while ensuring GMP and data integrity compliance.
* Maintain IT equipment documentation, asset inventory, and lifecycle management.
* Manage hardware stock levels and spare parts to ensure availability when needed.
* Address Shop Floor Management IT inquiries and collaborate closely with the Engineering Department and Operational Technology (OT) teams.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in onsite IT support or a similar role
* Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is an advantage
* Very good French and English skills (spoken and written)
* Experience with workstation hardware, software, and office tools
* Knowledge of IT service management (incidents, requests, changes)
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work with multiple global IT teams and local departments simultaneously
* Friendly, flexible, and fast learner
* Strong team player with good planning and organizational abilities
* A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required
