Your responsibilities
* Work Station Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our laptops—from procurement and automated deployment (Intune/Autopilot/Endpoint) to software configuration, patching, and secure offboarding. Propose and implement a scalable and secure automated management solution for end point management. (Modern Workplace)
* Office Infrastructure: Maintain our physical office tech, including meeting room setups, peripherals, and digital signage. Support our local cabling, network and VoIP landscape in collaboration with our external partners
* Identity and Access (IAM): First level of administration of our Microsoft 365 (M365) tenant: managing users and groups. Support the IT Security & Infra Lead on security policies (MFA, Conditional Access) via Entra ID (Azure AD)
* Security & Compliance: Ensure endpoint security (BitLocker/FileVault) and keep our systems patched, compliant, and documented according to the security policies
* Proactive Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate, improve, simplify or secure any IT processes or recurring tasks
* End-User Success: Provide friendly 1st/2nd level support, acting as the primary point of contact for technical hurdles
Your profile
* 2–5+ years in IT Support or System Administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Intune/Endpoint Manager is a must
* You are comfortable supporting Windows and macOS environments (additional OS is a plus)
* You have a proactive and autonomous mindset - you see a gap in a process and suggest a way to fix it
* You genuinely enjoy helping others and can explain technical concepts in simple terms
* Highly valued are relevant certifications like ITIL, MS-102, MD-102, CompTIA Security+, MS/SC-900, ACSP
* Nice to have: Experience with PowerShell/scripting to automate workflows and foundational knowledge of networking (VLANs, DNS, Wi-Fi management)
* Fluent in English; German is strongly preferred
