What you’ll be doing
Support the development and execution of media engagement strategies to secure coverage in business, financial, and employment media.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and producers.
Assist in activating the Group’s Thought Leadership programs through media outreach.
Monitor media headlines and help identify opportunities to position the Adecco Group in relevant conversations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to surface media-worthy content and ensure messaging alignment.
Assist with media activities around financial communications events, including quarterly results.
Contribute to media tracking, daily news service, and reporting on coverage and engagement metrics.
Support reactive media handling and crisis communication activities as needed.
Monitor media sentiment and flag reputational risks to senior team members.
