Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to coordinate all operational and quality-related activities within the post-sales cycle. The role ensures product compliance, traceability, on-time delivery, and complete customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will be actively involved in both quality control and testing processes, as well as in the management of After-Sales orders and SAP-based activities.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & After-Sales Management Support
* Register, plan, and coordinate testing and repair orders
* Perform product quality checks before delivery
* Take part in factory inspections with customers
* Verify product compliance and traceability
* Contribute to the development, simplification, and maintenance of the internal Quality System
* Manage after-sales orders (spare parts and services) through SAP
* Oversee post-sales purchase orders through to completion
* Act as a direct point of contact for customers regarding order progress, testing, and shipping
* Update weekly reports and sales forecasts
* Support the definition and implementation of targeted commercial actions (customer targeting, special projects, last buy initiatives)
Internal and External Relations
* Collaborate closely with technical, quality, and logistics teams
* Coordinate with suppliers and partners for post-sales orders and services
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in quality, production, or after-sales environments
* Strong knowledge of SAP (sales, purchasing, and quotation modules)
* Excellent planning, analytical, and deadline management skills
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
* Good command of English and German
Education
Technical diploma or degree in Management, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related fields)
Nice to Have
* Experience in ISO 9001 or structured quality system environments
* Familiarity with testing and inspection tools
* In-depth knowledge of SAP management systems
