PpFinartis is a Swiss software publisher specialized in Wealth Management. We support private banks, asset managers, and family offices worldwide with robust and scalable platforms covering front-to-back operations. /p pAs part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our commercial organization and looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate our expansion. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 pAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by: /p ul liBuilding and managing a qualified sales pipeline (private banks, asset managers and family offices). /li liLeading the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature. /li liDeveloping strategic partnerships to accelerate market access and deal flow through networking, events, outreach, and referrals. /li liCoordinating RFI/RFP responses and proposals. /li liContributing to Finartis go-to-market strategy. /li liIdentifying new markets and growth opportunities. /li /ul pYou will operate in a collaborative sales model, where you lead opportunities while working closely with Pre-Sales Product Experts and management. /p h3Profile requirements /h3 ul li5+ years in B2B software sales (WealthTech / FinTech preferred). /li liProven ability to manage complex and long sales cycles. /li liStrong commercial mindset and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to structure opportunities and drive deals. /li liStrong relationship-building with C-level stakeholders. /li liExperience in partner development is a plus. /li liStructured, disciplined, and results-driven. /li liEntrepreneurial and proactive. /li liStrong ownership and accountability. /li liComfortable working in a collaborative and international environment. /li /ul h3Why Join Finartis? /h3 ul liBe part of a growing WealthTech company with global clients. /li liWork on complex and high-value deals in financial services. /li liJoin a collaborative and expert-driven environment. /li liHave a direct impact on company growth and strategy. /li liFlexible working conditions (remote / hybrid). /li liInternational exposure (Europe, Middle East, Asia). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
