Responsibility
* Support risk management of indirect (liquid) real‑estate investments and capital‑market activities, from risk identification through measurement to reporting.
* Calculate key risk metrics for our products, interpret and discuss them with front‑office stakeholders.
* Conceive and further develop our quantitative applications and coordinate with portfolio and finance managers.
* Collaborate closely with team members to embed relevant risk values into the company‑wide risk framework.
Qualifications
* University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quantitative Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Real‑Estate Management) with solid quantitative knowledge.
* Experience in a related role is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a high level of intellectual curiosity.
* Programming and data‑analysis skills in modern numerical languages (e.g., MATLAB, R, Python, Scala, SQL, VBA) are required.
* Interest in real‑estate, capital markets and the financial services sector in general.
* High commitment to excellent quality, motivation and ambition for continuous improvement.
