Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust data and integration solutions
Automate data integration and build pipelines from diverse sources (databases, REST APIs, etc.)
Transform data through cleansing, standardisation, and aggregation aligned with governance guidelines
Define and implement best practices to continuously improve our data landscape
Develop and maintain our data integration strategy (API-first, streaming)
Ensure high availability and performance of our data warehouse, data lake, and integration interfaces
Monitor data pipelines to ensure quality, reliability, and timely data provisioning
Support application and system integration across business areas
Create concepts for system integration, interfaces, and middleware
YOUR PROFILE
Higher education in IT, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years’ experience in data integration and engineering
Strong expertise using Talend or similar creating replication, ingestion and transformation tasks
Extensive experience with relational databases, SQL, data lake / data warehouse concepts and how to work with these
Experience with AVRO, PARQUET, XML / JSON, REST APIs, and CDC
Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (business fluent)
Additional programming skills (Java, Python, R) and Qlik Sense are a plus
Willingness to travel (max. 5–10%)
