Job Purpose
The Document Coordinator/Controller supports document administration within document management systems (DMS).
Key Responsibilities
* Follow standardised DMS administration processes to:
* Check document content for compliance with template standards
* Apply approval criteria, including verification of any required prerequisites
* Perform reference checks for the withdrawal or decommissioning of documents
* Support workflows for periodic reviews
* Create standard reports or document lists
Requirements
* Fluency in German (mandatory) and English (written and spoken)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience working with document management systems (preferred)
* Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Additional Information
* Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU passport
