Head of Procurement - Facility Management & Real Estate
* Develop and execute global category strategies for Facility Management and Real Estate, including integrated facility services, hard & soft FM, workplace services, property leases, and real estate-related services.
* Conduct market intelligence, supplier landscape analysis, risk assessments, and demand forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.
* Define multi‑year category roadmaps aligned with business objectives, cost optimization targets, sustainability goals, and operational requirements.
* Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
* Select, onboard, and manage FM and Real Estate service providers in line with corporate standards, compliance requirements, and ESG criteria.
* Establish and manage strategic supplier partnerships, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Real Estate, Workplace, Operations, Finance, Legal, HSE, and Sustainability to understand business needs and ensure alignment.
* Act as a trusted category advisor to senior stakeholders, providing market insights and commercial recommendations.
* Ensure transparency of sourcing activities through regular reporting, governance forums, and stakeholder updates.
* Monitor and report category performance, savings delivery, KPIs, service levels, and risk exposure.
* Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, contract governance frameworks, and risk management standards.
* Support the implementation and adoption of digital procurement and contract management tools.
* Lead or support global and regional initiatives related to facility management optimization, workplace transformation, and real estate cost efficiency.
* Drive cross‑functional projects focused on cost reduction, service quality, sustainability, and operational resilience.
* Support change management activities to embed category strategies and new ways of working across the organization.
Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, or sourcing, with a strong focus on Facility Management and/or Real Estate.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
* Solid expertise in FM categories (e.g., integrated FM, hard/soft services, workplace services) and/or corporate real estate (leases, property services).
* Proven experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and high‑value contract negotiations.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
* Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Experience working in a global, international, or matrix organization.
