My client is a Zürich-based B2B SaaS company offering a SaaS digital personal advisory solutions for banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. Their solution is currently used by cantonal banks, insurance companies and independent financial advisors.
We are looking for a Head of Product Growth to help define and execute the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, spanning Product Strategy & Product Management. Build and lead a modern marketing and growth organization aligned with Sales and Product. Reposition the product for international scale and category leadership in the evolving Fintech Personal Advisory solutions.
Location: Zürich - Hybrid with 3 days in the office.
Key responsibilities include:
Takes overall responsibility for the business unit (P&L) including defining the offering and managing financial performance
Creates, communicates, adapts value stream vision and strategy together with Sales, PMs, UX and Architects
Works closely with UX and engineering teams to ensure that the offers developed meet customer needs and are implemented in a timely manner and with the required quality
Coaches stakeholders and leadership team
Manages the business unit in line with the portfolio and business strategy
Promotes agile thinking and working, innovation, continuous improvement and collaboration within the business unit.
Responsible for the product & service strategy / vision / roadmap
Responsible for the product innovation and backlog (management and prioritization)
Communicates the business unit's offering, progress and performance to stakeholders, customers and management
Preferred Background:
7+ years of experience in growth or product management, with a demonstrable track record of hitting ambitious targets in fast-paced environments.
10+ years of experience specifically in growth, product management and product marketing in the DACH and internal
Good expertise in technical product development,
Prior experience in high-growth Fintech, B2C/B2B, or talent platforms is strongly preferred.
Proven experience of managing diverse growth teams (>25 FTEs)
Background in a fast-paced environment such as a high growth tech startup.
MBA required; advanced degrees are a plus.
Fluent or Native German mandatory. English.
