Your Challenge
Independently accept, prioritise and professionally process incidents, service requests and trouble tickets for Residential Customers
Initiate, lead and coordinate technical and administrative actions to restore the infrastructures and services of our Residential Customers
Analyse, configure, correct and replace CPE (modems, routers, etc.) and network infrastructure
Coordinate internal and external technicians to restore services
Analyse existing orders and provisioning workflows across OSS/BSS and network layers
Identify potential fallout points during the provisioning process, including the monitoring and management of fallout queues to ensure timely detection and processing of failed transactions
Trigger creation of defects and follow up on resolution (bug tracking)
Your Skills
Completed technical apprenticeship, corresponding further training or several years of professional experience in the field of network technologies and ICT services
Some knowledge of OSI layers 1-3, respectively in the disciplines LAN/WAN and ICT infrastructures as well as knowledge of the basics of IP, routing, VPN and Internet or the talent to quickly acquire this knowledge
Great interest in ICT technologies and the willingness to develop your expertise in breadth and depth
Networked thinking, quick recognition of technical and logistical correlations
Works independently, open‑minded and communicative personality who is customer and solution oriented
Able to explain complex topics in a simple and recipient‑friendly manner
Very good written & spoken German (at least level C1) and good oral and written English (at least level B2)
