Role Description
* As the Associate Recruiting Marketing Manager you will support the Recruiting Marketing Team in building Viking's Employer Brand and running effective recruitment marketing initiatives and projects that ensure a smooth operation of various business units.
* This role reports to the Senior Recruiting Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media:
* Create and schedule engaging social content for all Viking Careers social media channels
* Prepare Viking Careers' social media calendar
* Support with increasing Viking Careers' social media presence
* Paid Media:
* Find, select and onboard relevant platforms (e.g. job boards, newspapers, magazines)
* Assist in launching paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google
* Events:
* Support with the preparation and execution of job fairs and other recruiting events
* Assist in advertising and promoting upcoming recruitment events
* Research and select relevant events Viking's recruiting team can take part in
* Content Creation:
* Support in creating content (physical and digital) for recruitment purposes
* Assist with recruitment photo/video shoots
* Ensure brand consistency with Viking recruitment partners around the world
* Source user generated content to utilize for recruitment purposes
* Analytics:
* Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting on social media, paid media, events
* Support ad hoc reporting needs and special projects
* Inventory Management:
* Manage the inventory of recruitment marketing assets
* Source new physical recruitment marketing assets from various vendors
* Admin:
* Prepare creative briefs
* Onboard new vendors
* File and archive documents
* Develop and maintain Recruitment Marketing SOPs
Key Qualifications
* Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Previous experience in content management, preferably within the cruise or travel industry is an advantage
* Solid computer skills, social media tools and platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Project Management, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and you are tech-savvy
* Strong qualitative and analytical skills, including manipulating data and reporting
* Driven, flexible, proactive person with a positive attitude and team spirit
EDUCATION
* Completed higher education degree in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality, HR or related topics)
