For a maternity cover, we are looking for a highly motivated CS Specialist to join our team as Back Office & Customer Services.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for our business and suppliers, ensuring clear and effective communication. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise, contributing to the satisfaction of our partners and the success of the company. You are organised, customer-oriented and with excellent language skills in English and possibly in French, German and Spanish.
Responsibilities
* Management of daily request as handle complains, back office activities, data entry, document registration and management of daily operations.
* Customer service and support, responding to customer requests and questions by phone, email or chat in order to proactively resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries
* Monitor and update supplier information in the company’s management system
* Analysis of data to create internal reports that can ensure a better understanding of the business and possible ways of improvement
* Collaboration with other departments to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow
Requirements
* Experience in this role
* Fluent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of a second language such as French, German and Spanish will be an added advantage.
