Nextkidney is at the beginning of the implementation of an ERP environment, and for this journey, a position has opened for a person to guide our business in the ERP implementation and thereafter in the operational phase.
The person in this position will work closely with various departments to ensure that the ERP system is functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the organization. The role is diverse and includes supporting the different departments in providing the required input during the implementation (mapping processes with the processes of the ERP solution Sage X3), supporting the departments with testing and documentation, retrieving input for reports and dashboards and creating them, training users, resolving issues, answering user questions, and troubleshooting after go live. Due to the different phases of the ERP implementation, possible optimizations and the need for upgrades, the environment and linked work will become larger in which you will have a central role.
The ideal candidate has a business informatics background, is eager to learn, likes business processes, has excellent problem solving skills, is triggered by challenges, can communicate effectively with both technical and non technical people, and gets energy from helping colleagues. It is an advantage if you already have experience in the implementation and/or support of ERP environments.
Regarding personality, we are looking for a person who can work autonomously, is proactive, has good interpersonal skills, a good sense of their environment, and enjoys working in an international multi cultural organization.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Provide technical and functional support to users across the organization, addressing their concerns and helping them utilize the system effectively.
2. Lead training sessions for end users and key stakeholders on ERP system functionalities and conduct training sessions for new users to ensure system proficiency across departments.
3. Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, policies, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
4. Work with business owners and managers, end users, and technicians to help implement new
