About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and resourceful Finance & Legal Operations Allrounder to join our team at SEDA. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operational backbone, supporting our Finance and Legal departments and working directly with the CFO to ensure critical processes run smoothly – especially as we approach the SEDA mainnet launch and scale beyond. Key Responsibilities may include:
Manage daily Finance & Legal admin operations (internal & external communication, calendar scheduling, invoices, supply management, document workflows)
Maintain records, organize files, and ensure easy access to important documents and information
Screen and prioritize communications, manage requests, and highlight urgent matters
Coordinate with external accountants, tax and regulatory bodies
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal materials
Support compliance processes, and assist with legal documentation and research
Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding and payroll coordination
Experience & Personal Qualities:
2+ years of experience in finance, legal ops, or administrative roles
Background in or interest in blockchain/Web3
Excellent organizational and communication skills
“Allrounder” mindset: hands-on, proactive, and adaptable
High-level of discretion, professionalism, and initiative
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, evolving environment
Familiarity with office software and scheduling tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack)
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
