Job Description
* Design and implement holistic wealth and financial planning strategies for HNW and UHNW clients
* Lead portfolio structuring and optimisation, including asset allocation, risk management and investment efficiency
* Advise on wealth structuring, retirement planning, succession and legacy planning
* Support the firm's growth by developing internal processes, tools and best practices
* Act as a senior point of reference for complex client situations
* Participate in client meetings and collaborate closely with relationship managers and investment partners
The Successful Applicant
* Senior-level experience (typically 10+ years) in wealth planning, financial planning or investment advisory
* Strong background within the Geneva wealth management ecosystem (EAM, private bank, multi-family office or advisory firm)
* Demonstrated expertise in portfolio construction and optimisation
* Experience working with U.S. clients (U.S. persons, cross-border clients, or U.S.-related structures) is a strong plus
* Solid understanding of international wealth management standards and regulatory constraints
* Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach
* Fluent in French and English
