Your Mission
As a Vision Sales Specialist (m/f/d), you will manage and develop the Vision product business across Switzerland, identify new opportunities, and strengthen existing customer relationships. You will make a significant contribution to revenue growth, promote cross-functional collaboration, and deliver an exceptional consulting experience for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
* Active marketing, presentation, and consulting on Vision solutions
* Strategic market development throughout Switzerland, including potential analyses
* Expansion of existing customer relationships and targeted acquisition of new customers
* Needs assessment and development of tailored solution concepts
* Project tracking throughout the entire sales and delivery process
* Sustainable customer care and close internal collaboration
* Careful CRM maintenance of all activities and customer data
* Support with account plans and business initiatives
* Market and competitive monitoring as well as identification of new trends
Your Profile
* Technical or commercial education in automation/electrical engineering
* Sales experience in Vision, sensor technology, or industrial automation
* Strong technical affinity and good understanding of customer processes
* Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
* Strong communication skills, initiative, team-oriented, and confident in customer interactions
* Excellent German and English skills, French is an advantage

Als Vision Sales Specialist (m/w/d) betreuen und entwickeln Sie das Vision-Produktgeschäft schweizweit, identifizieren neue Chancen und stärken bestehende Kundenbeziehungen. Sie leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Umsatzwachstum, fördern die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und schaffen für unsere Kunden ein aussergewöhnliches Beratungserlebnis.
Ihre Aufgaben
* Aktive Vermarktung, Präsentation und Beratung zu Vision-Lösungen
* Strategische Marktbearbeitung in der ganzen Schweiz inkl. Potenzialanalysen
* Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und gezielte Neukundengewinnung
* Bedarfsermittlung und Entwicklung passender Lösungskonzepte
* Projektverfolgung über den gesamten Sales- und Delivery-Prozess
* Nachhaltige Kundenpflege und enge interne Zusammenarbeit
* Sorgfältige CRM-Pflege aller Aktivitäten und Kundendaten
* Unterstützung bei Account-Plänen und Business-Initiativen
* Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Identifikation neuer Trends
Ihr Profil
* Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierung/Elektrotechnik
* Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Vision, Sensorik oder industrieller Automatisierung
* Hohe technische Affinität und gutes Verständnis für Kundenprozesse
* Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
* Kommunikationsstark, initiativ, teamorientiert und sicher im Kundenkontakt
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
