We are currently looking for a Trust Accountant to join a well-established trust company located in Geneva. Operating in a predominantly UK-oriented environment, the firm offers a professional yet friendly workplace with a strong focus on quality and client service.
Your responsibilities:
Working closely with the relationship managers, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of a portfolio of trusts and related entities.
Your main duties will include:
* Maintaining and reviewing accounting records for trusts and companies
* Preparing annual financial statements in line with the accounting standards
* Producing financial reports for beneficiaries and trustees
* Liaising with bankers, investment managers, legal and tax advisors
* Monitoring cash flows, investment activity, distributions, and capital movements
* Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
Your profile:
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a trust company, family office, or fiduciary environment
* Solid understanding of trust structures and accounting principles
* Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
* Fluent in English and French
* Detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working independently within a small team
