Within our dedicated Detectionand Signaling team, we are seeking an enthusiastic Product Managerfor Fire Safety – Detection and Signaling to contribute to thefurther advancement of the segment's vision and strategy. Whilemaintaining the existing product portfolio, you will collaborateclosely with engineering, developers, product managers, and ouresteemed customers to identify and define the requirements fornovel products that will drive future growth. You will assume fullresponsibility for the entire product lifecycle, encompassingproduct definition and development, support, and end-of-lifeplanning. Your new responsibilities: - ProductLifecyle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle,encompassing the development of product strategies and roadmaps,the definition of new products based on customer needs, the supportof new product launches, the maintenance of product families tomaximize profitability, and the planning of product discontinuation- Product Specification: Collaborate with stakeholders, includingcustomers, engineering teams, and external partners, to define andprioritize product requirements. Ensure that the new features andimprovements address customer pain points and enhance the userexperience, while also ensuring compliance with standards andregulations - Product Maintenance : Oversee the ongoing maintenanceand enhancement of existing products to ensure theircompetitiveness, meet customer requirements, and address potentialissues - Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research togain insights into the current needs of customers, prevailingmarket and regulatory trends, and competitive dynamics. Identifyareas for enhancement and opportunities to improve the existingproducts and generate detail competitive analysis - Product Launch: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, coordinate salesteams, and manage promotional activities to guarantee thesuccessful launch of products. Align all stakeholders and providesupport to ensure a seamless product introduction - FinancialAnalysis: Conduct regular portfolio analysis to assess theperformance of existing products, identify opportunities forinnovation, and ensure alignment with overall business strategyYour talents and experience: - University degree or highereducation in engineering, business engineering, or a comparablefield - 5+ years of product management experience, preferablywithin a business-to-business (B2B) environment - A comprehensiveunderstanding of business economics and financials, coupled with along-term strategic attitude - Experience within the fire safetyindustry or related building management systems and services ishighly valued - Familiarity with lean/agile developmentmethodologies, such as SAFe, is advantageous - Resilience inchallenging situations, a well-structured and analytical approachto work, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills areessential - Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
