We are at home throughout Europe and always close to you.System Infrastructure & Security Engineer (f/m/d)On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a System Infrastructure & Security Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for managing security actions and the development of an on-prem infrastructure in a banking environment.Mission- Pilot and coordinate security requests on the on-premise infrastructure, including VMware, servers, and associated technical components.- Perform technical impact analyses prior to the implementation of changes related to security requirements.- Identify obsolete or non-compliant components, ensure their monitoring, and define appropriate remediation plans.- Structure work in the form of packages, ensure their monitoring, and coordinate the relevant technical teams.- Support the evolution of the infrastructure within the framework of the system modernization and the progressive reduction of the footprint.Profile- Confirmed experience in system engineering in on-prem environments with proven mastery of Windows, Linux, and storage environments.- Very good knowledge of VMware ESXi and vSphere; experience with Nutanix is an asset.- Mastery of infrastructure security issues, particularly in terms of vulnerability management, hardening, compliance, and auditing.- Ability to conduct technical impact analyses and to intervene in heterogeneous, complex, or legacy environments.- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.- Structured, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented approach in a context of high demand and requirements.Proposal- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the fields of: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
