Purpose
Junior sales/business professional trained in assigned account management scope and key skill sets, with contributing and supporting responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
Under supervision, grow Givaudan Fragrance Ingredients Business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
Cultivate and manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
Track Account Plans for key accounts
Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to capture market share
Identify customer requirements, leverage internal resources and coordinate cross-functional cooperation(e.g. Operation, Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Customer Care etc)
Follow KPIs versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit ) and take corrective actions if necessary
Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Academic Background
University degree (or equivalent)
Professional Experience
5 years of overall experience
Technical Skills
Verbal and written command of English
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
Communication skills
Basic negotiation skills
Passion for the Fragrance Industry
