Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal counsel to individual corporate entities, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies
2. Review and draft commercial agreements, offering guidance on contract law matters
3. Provide legal advice on matters related to data privacy
4. Assess legal risks and recommend courses of action against regulatory or commercial initiatives
5. Oversee corporate governance and perform housekeeping tasks
6. Supervise national and international legal disputes
Experience & Qualifications:
7. University degree in law with expertise in common or civil law
8. Proven experience in commercial contracting, corporate law, data privacy, and regulatory matters
9. Prior legal experience either in-house or at a law firm
10. Specialized legal knowledge within a specific industry segment
11. Proficient in written and spoken English; fluency in German, French, or other languages is highly desirable
