About Gisada
Gisada is a globally growing Swiss luxury fragrance brand, combining modern elegance, craftsmanship, and innovation. To strengthen our international brand presence, we are looking for an experienced PR & Communications Manager to drive media visibility, brand storytelling, and strategic communications across global markets.
Your Mission
You will shape how the world sees, hears, and experiences Gisada. By combining strategic thinking, exceptional storytelling, and strong media relationships, you will elevate our global brand presence, create meaningful conversations around our products, and strengthen Gisada’s position within the international luxury fragrance industry.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute Gisada’s global PR and communications strategy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international media, journalists, and industry partners.
* Write and manage press releases, media kits, brand stories, interviews, and other PR materials.
* Lead communication activities for product launches, campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
* Coordinate and manage external PR agencies across international markets.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
* Identify and secure media opportunities that strengthen Gisada’s brand visibility.
* Support influencer, ambassador, and celebrity communication initiatives.
* Monitor media coverage, analyze PR performance, and provide actionable insights.
Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in PR, Communications, Corporate Communications, or Brand Communications.
* Experience within luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
* Proven track record in media relations and successful PR campaigns.
* Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with hands‑on experience drafting press releases and media communications.
* Strong understanding of luxury brand communication and positioning.
* Established media network and experience working with agencies and external partners.
* Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage. Additional languages are a plus.
