La MalleyPrairie manages the MalleyPrairie Reception Center as well as the Morges Reception Center, places for women victims of family and/or domestic violence, with or without children, the Ale Prevention Center, a space dedicated to individuals who commit violence, the MalleyPrairie Childcare Centers, as well as various local support services. To strengthen our HR service and support the development of our institution, we are looking for: AN HR SPECIALIST at 80% in a fixed-term contract. Main missions: - Manage the recruitment processes and ensure case management follow-up and develop occupational health prevention - Ensure HR compliance, particularly regarding hours and respect for working time - Control and transmit salary data - Support and advise managers on HR processes and legal aspects - Monitor and analyze HR data and propose improvements - Collaborate with HR management on specific projects - Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes - Support the HR Assistant in personnel matters. Required profile: - Federal diploma of HR specialist - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position - Solution-oriented, autonomous, analytical mindset, good understanding of challenges, and ability to translate needs into concrete HR actions - Very good knowledge of labor law and social insurance - Proficient in MS Office tools, interest in tool development and for IA.
