Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a compassionate, motivated Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team at Argentine Care Center. What You’ll Do
* Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence
* Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
* Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and assistants in an interdisciplinary team
* Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers
* Document accurately and timely in accordance with facility and company standards

✔ Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan (or eligible)
✔ Passionate about working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
✔ Skilled in both short-term rehab and long-term care programs
