Job description
The Student Assistant will support the Institute in managing its social media accounts and website, as well as in marketing activities for its study programmes. This includes independently managing a communication schedule for website and social media posts, preparing written texts and visuals for the institute's website and social media channels, supporting the production and management of online campaigns, and monitoring and proposing content for these channels. Additional tasks include preparing promotional materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) and assisting in organizing events and related activities.
Profile
* Currently enrolled as a student at a Swiss university (preferably late Bachelor's or early Master's level)
* Proven experience and skills in social media management, website administration, or marketing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Reliable and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to propose ideas
* Strong communication and writing skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus
* Ideally, experience using graphic design software
