Your Responsibilities
* Provide warm, professional service, anticipating guest needs and using personal touches.
* Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Purser/Hotel Manager: check‑in/out for guests and crew, manage exchange rates, postings, billings, questionnaires, custom lists, guest preferences, excursion bookings, and payments.
* Prepare printed information such as daily programs, menus, and buffet signs; manage all digital communication channels.
* Handle IT devices and office equipment responsibly.
* Replace the Purser/Concierge during holiday rotations.
Specific Requirements
* Handle and follow up on guest requests and minor complaints, escalating to the Purser when needed.
* Use guests’ names consistently in interactions.
* Ensure all guests and crew are onboard before each departure.
* Operate the onboard boutique: sales, pricing, showcase organization, and cleanliness.
* Prepare daily programs, menus, and other printed and digital information channels.
* Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Front Desk.
* Participate in daily briefings, end/start‑of‑season preparation, and supply loading.
* Comply with working hours regulations and attend trainings and safety drills.
* Excellent computer and IT skills.
* Actively participate in assigned learning activities, training sessions, and mandatory safety or emergency drills.
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages such as German, French, Portuguese or Italian are beneficial.
