Overview
We are seeking an Assistant to support the VP Marketing at Sonova with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
We are aiming for a start date around November 1st, so early applications are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for the VP and leadership team
Coordinate travel, events, workshops, and offsites
Handle expense reports, invoice management, and basic finance tasks
Support onboarding plans and internal communications
Draft minutes and follow up on action items
Oversee contract and legal document coordination
Drive continuous improvement and project support
Act as a trusted liaison with discretion and confidentiality
Your Profile
Proven experience supporting VP-level executives
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills
Strong MS Office and digital collaboration tool proficiency (AI knowledge is a big plus)
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
Able to manage sensitive information with integrity
Team player with a service-oriented mindset
