To bring our brand to life in Romandie, we are looking for a Creative Producer (100%) based in Lausanne who lives and breathes visual storytelling. You are a creative all-rounder who understands local culture and humor, creates strong creative concepts, and knows how to turn moments into content that truly connects.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Take ownership of FELFEL's brand presence in the Romandie, ensuring cultural relevance and local humor in everything we do.
2. Execute marketing campaigns specifically tailored to the Romandie market.
3. Collaborate closely with the central marketing team in Zürich to align regional & national activities with global company goals.
4. Create and produce high-quality creative concepts and visual content (photography, video) that translates our brand message for the French-speaking audience.
5. Plan and execute on-location content shoots across Romandie, independently or together with the Brand Manager and Marketing team
6. Ensure strict brand consistency while bringing fresh, trend-driven ideas to the table.
YOUR PROFILE
7. Proven experience in creative production and content marketing.
8. Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling (photo/video production).
9. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom) or similar creative software.
10. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in Lausanne.
11. Deep connection to Romandie culture, trends, and humor.
12. Willingness to travel within the Romandie and to the Zurich office twice a month.
13. Native French speaker with professional proficiency in English (German is a plus).
14. Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
15. Valid work permit or Swiss passport
