We are looking for an IT Engineer with a primary focus on network infrastructure support.
This role centers on the operation, maintenance, and ongoing support of LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in network operations, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and day-to-day support.
Responsibilities
* Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.
* Manage, maintain and troubleshoot routers, switches.
* Manage and maintain network security and access control solutions such as firewalls, network access control systems, and secure access platforms (Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, Zscaler).
* Provide L2–L3 support and resolve network-related incidents.
* Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution, maintenance, and hardware replacements.
* Maintain documentation and provide management reports.
* Participate in network-related projects, upgrades, and migrations.
* Provide occasional support with Microsoft 365 services and Azure infrastructure when required.
Requirements – Must have
* A minimum of B2 English is required for this role.
* Hands-on experience within enterprise networking environments (Catalyst switches, Nexus switches, ISR routers, WLC, Cisco ISE).
* Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
* Understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and switching topologies.
* Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management.
Requirements – Nice to have
* Experience with Microsoft 365 ((Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
* Experience supporting Azure infrastructure in an operational capacity (compute, networking, storage).
* Exposure to additional cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
