Responsibilities
- Act as finance business partner to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic and operational decisions
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budgets
- Perform variance analysis, profitability and cost‑structure analysis
- Support long‑range financial planning, investment cases and business scenarios
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports
- Improve financial processes, data quality and reporting automation
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A and operational teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced tech environment
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
- 4+ years of experience in Controlling / Financial Analysis / Business Controlling, ideally in a technology, digital or international environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Solid experience with forecasting, budgeting and management reporting
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI) is an advantage
- Fluent English and very good German skills
- Proactive, structured and communicative personality with a business‑oriented mindset
