HR Advisor Role
About the Job

The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing support to the HR department, acting as the primary point of contact with clients and managing their requests. This includes developing, managing, and updating HR indicators and dashboards, as well as participating in the development of HR projects and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and reports.
* Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent title is required, along with minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources administration. Fluency in English is essential, with German being a strong asset.
