We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee our line of low-cost IoT air quality monitoring devices. This role bridges technical expertise with commercial support, ensuring our products meet customer needs and integrate seamlessly with our monitoring platforms.
You will serve as the key link between Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering, providing in-depth product knowledge, coordinating improvements to hardware and firmware, and driving continuous product innovation.
Your Tasks
1. Support Sales and Customer Service teams with product expertise, documentation, and technical clarifications
2. Act as the product champion, maintaining a deep understanding of the hardware, firmware, and IoT platform integration
3. Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvement plans.
Work with engineering teams to define and prioritize product enhancements and firmware updates
4. Collaborate with software and platform teams to ensure smooth device-to-platform integration and data reliability
5. Manage product lifecycle, from concept and testing through production and deployment
6. Maintain detailed technical documentation, specifications, and release notes
7. Assist in field trials and quality assurance testing to ensure performance and reliability
8. Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Our Requirements
9. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science (Master’s degree a plus)
10. 2–5 years of relevant experience in product management, technical support, or hardware-based IoT products
11. Strong understanding of IoT technologies, sensors, and wireless communication protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, LoRa, NB-IoT)
12. Familiarity with firmware development processes and cloud-based data platforms
13. Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams
14. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and product improvement
