Assistant Physician Co-Responsible for the Adult Hospital %La de Nant organizes all public care in the East Vaud region. It assumes public health responsibilities at the request of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, including children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and the Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are provided by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. La de Nant is a member of the Vaud Hospitals Federation (FHV), the umbrella organization for recognized public interest regional hospitals in Vaud. THE MISSION Your mission will be to coordinate medical and clinical activities within the four hospital units for adults at la de Nant, alongside an already established assistant physician. You will supervise the various professionals working around patients and will also be responsible for coordinating care with other sectors of the hospital, external networks, and patients' families. WE OFFER La de Nant is tasked by to organize and provide care for the East Vaudois region. The Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service comprises hospital units with a total of 56 beds. The primary mission of the hospital is to provide acute care in a setting that includes intensive treatment and crisis care. Additionally, the hospital's mission includes developing a community project upon discharge, integrating varying degrees of care, housing, and social integration. Hospital care is conceptualized according to the model of integrated treatment and psychotherapeutic care, incorporating milieu, psychopharmacological, and social interventions. Treatment and the establishment of post-hospital care projects are carried out in collaboration with the patient’s family and their care network. Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and assistants. WE ARE LOOKING FOR An experienced physician with an FMH (or equivalent) in (specialty) with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and capable of developing and implementing institutional projects. We seek someone who can unify a team and wants to use their skills for the benefit of patients.
