The tradition of innovation lives on, keeping closely in touch with the times. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe International Creative Content Project Leader supports the International Creative Content Manager in building and creating consistent and audience-targeted global brand communication campaigns. /p pThe role of this important position is to orchestrate the content creation (creation of highly engaging media for multiple channel outputs, including digital and social media) and adaptation for Tissot on a global level. This involves developing and implementing mid‑long term content strategies providing best in class assets to the different stakeholders according their needs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate and work together with all other HQ marketing departments to create holistic global brand communication campaigns /li liDevelop creative concepts for integrated advertising campaigns (offline and online) /li liImplement content strategy aligned with short‑term and long‑term marketing targets /li liLead the development and adaptation of a large spectrum of content fueling global plans as well as local needs /li liSupervise and coordinate other sources of content creation (photographers/designers/agencies) by bringing art direction and by reviewing and giving clear guidance for improvement to grant full brand consistency /li liOversee video/photo shoots and asset post‑production, including final check of all adaptations needed for each channel /li liCollaborate closely with the graphic design team on creating graphic elements and branding guidelines /li liEnsure that project management best practices are employed to deliver all international campaigns within strategy, budget and deadline /li liSpot and seize trends and communication opportunities /li liAnticipate issues and crisis and provide proactive, hands‑on solutions /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liExcellent organization and project management skills /li liHigh attention to details and a good understanding luxury design codes /li liDynamic personality with a can‑do attitude /li liAbility to work proactively and self‑motivated /li liCreative flair with a constantly curious mind for culture, art and trends inside and outside the category /li liAble to work on multiple projects at the same time and good stress management /li /ul h3Professional Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years’ experience in a similar role, in a creative agency or in‑house creative team /li liUniversity degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design or equivalent practical experience /li liGlobal brand experience, experience outside watchmaking is appreciated /li liBusiness acumen in an international environment /liliGraphic design skills /li /ul h3Software Skills /h3 ul liMS Office and presentation software PPT /li liAdobe Creative Cloud: mastering Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator /li liMotion Design and editing skills are a plus /li /ul h3Languages /h3 pEnglish French excellent (spoken and written) /p h3Job Location /h3 pChemin des Tourelles 17, 2400 Le Locle, Switzerland (Neuchatel) /p h3Company Address /h3 pTissot Ltd Chemin des Tourelles 17 P.O.
