INTRODUCTION :
For an important multinational pharmaceutical company based in Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a
Senior Customer and Logistics Planner 100% H / F
(2 temporary positions)
You will act as a key link between customers, distribution centers, and third-party manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth order processing, invoicing, and on-time delivery across Europe. DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION :
Responsibilities
* Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation
* Coordinate transportation and import / export activities with 3PLs and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with GDP, Finance, and Regulatory standards
* Monitor inventory and system performance across distribution centers
* Support product launches, redeployments, and returns
* Execute all SAP transactions accurately and on time
Qualifications
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
* 3+ years' experience in a multinational Supply Chain environment (pharma or consumer goods preferred)
* Solid knowledge of SAP and international logistics
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
We have two positions available, one starting in early December and the second in early March, both for 12-month temporary assignments.
