Supporting the Executive Chef in daily organisation, planning, and team leadership. Ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes – your keen eye for detail guarantees the “wow” effect for our guests. Maintaining the highest hygiene standards (HACCP) and ensuring the responsible handling of food and equipment. Contributing to the creation of new menus and dishes – your ideas are always welcome.
